I love nothing better than lying in my bed at night with my iPad or Kindle and reading the latest blog posts of Tarot bloggers. I get inspired, excited and love the ‘wow’ moment. I even learn something new, and I have been in the world of Tarot since 1996!
Of course, before you go and check out my recommendations you should visit my Blog at Tarot for Women. Four years of juicy articles and tarot spreads, tarot rituals to try out and even womanly advice and so much more!
So here are my Top Ten Tarot blogs that I dip into weekly now. They are based on my taste and if an amazing blog is not mentioned here it’s either because I don’t know about it or because I don’t resonate with it. That does not make the blog any less – I’m just a down to earth type of gal so the blogs I like reflect that part of me
So here we go…
MY FAVORITE TOP TEN TAROT BLOGS
ONE
My favorite blogger and number one in my Top Ten Tarot Blogs. Theresa Reed is a tarot reader, astrologist and kick ass business woman. She describes herself as an intuitive tarot reader with a quirky sense of humor. Her website is chockablock full of goodies, advice and freebies. Her blog is updated often and she even has a few theme blog posts such as Mad Hookups, Soul Proprietor and Talkin’ Tarot.
Here is an example of one of her blog posts: The best tarot business advice from 22 Tarot Pros.
TWO
Biddy Tarot is owned by Brigit and she is a down to earth, honest and gentle tarot reader from Melbourne, Australia. Apart from the fact I love her Aussie accent and Melbourne is close to my heart (I lived there for 10 years) her name is about as Irish as you get. Why I love Brigit is that you can feel her heart and warmth throughout her site. She makes you feel safe, and that’s not always a common feeling to get from people in the Tarot world.
Brigit set up her website in 1999 and has been super generous with her information. You could easily spend hours on her website. Blog posts, podcasts, fantastic courses (I have never done them but they look great) and a Biddy Tarot community. A woman who proves you can make a great full time income from Tarot online.

THREE
One of my favorite tarot decks is the Gaian Tarot. The Gaian Tarot was created by Joanna Powell Colbert who describes herself as an artist, author, leader, mentor and retreat host. She is a strong follower of Goddess spirituality. My spirituality is strongly seasonal, feminine orientated and earth based and her deck speaks volumes to me. I studied Permaculture (I have a PDC – Permaculture Design Certificate) and this deck speaks to that place within me that honors nature and its wisdom. I love checking in now and again to her beautiful blog.

Christiana has been reading since the mid-1990s and is a full time professional tarot reader in Florida. She has a great blog and interviews other tarot readers through her ‘Christiana’s Psychic Cafe’. She reflects on her life and her world of experience with the cards and you can tell she has a bucket load of experience in the world of tarot.

FIVE
Halfway through my Top Ten Tarot blogs and I have to mention Kelly-Ann! If you want updates in the Tarot world but couldn’t be bothered reading through long blog posts then Kelly-Ann Maddox is your woman. Many of her blog posts are videos and I love her attitude and perspective on tarot. She claims to be about self-love, shadow work and anarchy and her stuff is like a breath of fresh air.
A cool hip chic – go check out her funky blog.
SIX
Carrie describes herself as ‘tarot reader, mentor and classy cat lady’ and is the owner of Happy Fish Tarot. She also loves to do video blog posts and she ‘keeps it real’. There are lots of goodies on her blog. If you love ‘The Wild Unknown’ Tarot for example she has written blog posts on all the cards.

Beth (I love her tattoos) from Little Red Tarot describes herself as ’30 something, queer, Aquarian Tarot Reader based off the Isle of Skye’. Her website is an alternative tarot resource for tarot lovers and her blog is fantastic with serial posts like the Astro DIY series.

Daily Tarot Girl is run by Kate and she is a spiritual guidance diva. She is very friendly, open and honest about her experiences with Tarot. She is also involved in the popular podcast, ‘Menage a Tarot’ which I enjoy listening to while I am driving. She has great blog articles with sassy titles like, ‘What do do when your Tarot Reading makes no F&*&^* sense’. Haha! We all know that feeling!

NINE
If you are a Tarot nerd then look no further. Mary Greer is your woman. With an MA in English literature you know that every blog post is well written and well researched. She first started reading in 1967 with the Rider Waite Smith deck and has been doing it ever since. She is the author of famous Tarot books like ‘21 ways to read a Tarot card’, ‘Complete Book of Tarot Reversals’ and my favorite, ‘Tarot for Your Self’.

Benebell Wen is the alias name of a well known Tarot author. Corporate Attorney by day and tarot/occult expert after hours, her book ‘Holistic Tarot’ is amazing, apart from its sheer weight!! Benebell is super generous with her blog posts and gives away lots of downloads, guides and prompt sheets to help you become a better reader. For example her blog series, ‘Writing and Publishing Non Fiction Books’ is so helpful and comes alongside audio lectures and free workbooks.

I know, I know! I said my fave Top Ten Tarot Blogs but I could not stop! I just love the Queen of Wands Blog. Created by Jenna Matlin who is a Tarot intuitive and a fantastic writer. She can talk about the ‘woo woo’ but bring it down to earth and practical. Author of two fantastic Tarot books, this woman is a font of wisdom.
TWELVE
Ethony! What a fire cracker! Honest, down to earth and practical, Ethony has a big heart and I love her videos. Especially all those new decks that come out with a detailed look by her. She has created a few decks, written a great book on Court cards and each year she hosts the Tarot Readers Academy.
THIRTEEN
Hillary Parry describes herself as, ‘simply the girl next door that reads Tarot’ and has been a professional Tarot reader since 2005. She believes in interactivity, tough love and a no nonsense approach while reading the Tarot. She tells it like it is (the best Tarot readers in my opinion). Her BA in English Creative Writing which means that you will enjoy her blog immensely.
